• Solve invoice puzzles every day and ensure a smooth invoicing process.
• Check, match, and process invoices so that suppliers are always paid on time.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, from a missing purchase order to a stalled payment.
• Work with colleagues and suppliers to ensure everyone can move forward quickly.
• Work with Workday and Routty and discover how technology makes our work easier.
• Think along about improvements that make Accounts Payable faster, smarter, and more reliable.
• Work together to find out what is going wrong, make a plan, and get invoices correctly into the system.

This is what you bring

• An interest in financial administration and the motivation to quickly master Accounts Payable in practice.
• Experience with Finance or Accounts Payable is a plus; motivation to learn the profession is at least as important to us.
• Enjoyment of investigative work and energy from solving invoice puzzles.
• Work accurately, even when many invoices arrive at the same time.
• Do not stop until you have discovered why something is not right and how it can be improved.
