AI & Data Starter - 40 hours

As an AI & Data Starter, you will be trained to become a Specialist within a year. You will work on AI and data projects from idea to result and build smart solutions for customers and our marketing. In the meantime, you will learn SQL, Python and prompting with the help of fellow Coolblue employees, a bootcamp and a dedicated buddy.

What do you do as an AI & Data Starter at Coolblue?

As an AI & Data Starter, you take on projects from start to finish. For example, you build an AI agent that helps customers find the right product for them. Or you set up a data process that automatically sends personalized emails. You also work on models that calculate what the best marketing investments are for busy periods. You work with various stakeholders and use SQL, Python and smart prompts, among other things. With a buddy and regular check-ins with your manager, you learn to work according to the agile method. This way, you help Coolblue serve customers even better and more personally.

• Try out prompts and refine them for better results.
• Work on your projects together with other Coolblue colleagues.
• Work in an environment where you're allowed to make mistakes. What does the program look like? The AI & Data Starter program lasts one year and you complete it together with other starters. You start with onboarding in your own team, followed by intensive bootcamp sprints lasting 3 months. This teaches you about topics such as data engineering, analytics, LLMs, and building agents. You can immediately apply the skills you learn in your own team. In the second half of the year, you work increasingly independently. You also develop your soft skills through targeted training in presenting, collaborating, and engaging stakeholders. Have you completed the program? Then you're ready for the next step as a Data Specialist, Automation Specialist, or Generative AI Specialist. Selection morning on 21 September If you apply for this role, you'll hear after the telephone screening whether you're invited to our selection morning. The selection morning takes place on Monday 21 September at our head office in Rotterdam. It runs from 8.45 to 12.30 hours. During this morning, we'll get to know you better. We'll look at what you already know and can do for this role. Of course, we'll also tell you more about the job and what it's like to work at Coolblue. Are you invited? This sounds like you

• A completed technical university degree.
• Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• You can start no later than 1 October 2026.
