What do you do as a Backend TypeScript Developer at Coolblue?
At Coolblue, you will be part of a close-knit, multicultural team of 3-7 developers as an experienced Backend TypeScript Developer. In our agile playground, you and your team are the masterminds behind the development of cool website features and the microservices that power them. You regularly brainstorm with our Customer Journey Specialists and UX/UI Designers to create solutions that truly blow our customers away. Every day, you review pull requests, conduct code reviews, and work with your teammates to produce beautiful and highly efficient code.
- Impress with your efficient and elegant TypeScript code.
- Write automated tests, such as unit tests, integration tests, or end-to-end tests.
- Work in a cloud environment with AWS services such as Lambda, SNS + SQS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFront.
- Solve problems using SOLID principles and design patterns for the best code quality.
- Build microservices that work together seamlessly.
This sounds like you
- At least 5 years of experience with TypeScript. Experience with pure/vanilla PHP is a plus.
- Have a BSc or MSc, for example in Computer Science.
- Ready to further develop your technical and soft skills while guiding your colleagues and helping them grow.
- A hero at automating recurring tasks and integrating them seamlessly into CI/CD systems.
- You live in the Netherlands.
