Business Specialist Repair & Refurbishment - 32-40 hours

As a Business Specialist Repair & Refurbishment, you improve the repair process from start to finish. You determine the vision and approach for Coolblue Repairs, manage NPS, turnaround time, costs and quality, and work with teams and partners to continuously improve how repairs are handled.

What do you do as a Business Specialist Repair & Refurbishment at Coolblue?

As a Business Specialist Repair & Refurbishment, you look at the entire repair process, from vision and strategy through execution, quality and commercial results. You make processes smarter, analyze data to identify bottlenecks and solve issues across the chain with suppliers and internal teams. You create plans for volumes, service levels and capacity and agree on clear work instructions with the teams involved. This way, you ensure that our repairs are handled well today and even better tomorrow. Here’s what you enjoy doing:

• Determining the vision and strategy for Coolblue Repairs and setting goals for each part of the process.
• Improving NPS, turnaround time, costs and quality.
• Analyzing data to identify opportunities for a smarter customer journey.
• Setting up and improving process and quality agreements.
• Aligning volumes, service levels and capacity with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.

This is you

• A completed university degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with project management and engaging stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• A sense of ownership and responsibility.
• You recognize commercial opportunities and have experience with propositions and pricing strategy.
• You enjoy working with many different teams and getting others on board with change.
