This is what you enjoy doing
You carry out procurement projects from A to Z. You gather the needs of your fellow Coolblue colleagues and negotiate with existing and new suppliers. You monitor market developments, use them to create a strong procurement plan and work with Marketing, Legal and other departments. Based on analyses, you think at least one quarter ahead, initiate projects yourself and make sure agreements and contracts improve. This way, you reduce costs, mitigate risks and ensure Coolblue has reliable suppliers.
- Support colleagues with procurement projects and close the best deals.
- Negotiate with suppliers based on market insights.
- Handle resistance and help devise suitable solutions.
- Prioritize value over the lowest price when negotiating.
This is how you see yourself
- Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
- A completed hbo or wo degree.
- Commercial acumen and a feel for value versus cost.
- Persuasiveness.
- Connect stakeholders, weigh interests and make sure everyone agrees.
- Strong analytical skills.
