As a customer service representative, you genuinely help customers. Via phone, chat and email, you answer questions about products, deliveries and payments. You listen carefully, keep expectations clear and offer a solution that fits the customer's situation. You also enjoy going the extra mile to make the customer experience run as smoothly as possible. Every day, you have challenging conversations with customers where things have turned out slightly differently than we had hoped. Especially in those conversations, you remain calm and professional, set clear boundaries and always look at what is possible.
What you do
- You listen attentively to the customer, ask the right questions and quickly discover what the customer really needs. This way, you always find the best-fitting solution.
- You communicate clearly via phone, chat and email and switch easily between different channels.
- You feel comfortable in a results-oriented environment where you work with goals and targets.
- Even when faced with many difficult customer questions or resistance, you remain calm and stay firm in the conversation. You clearly set boundaries and confidently take the lead.
- You navigate smoothly between different, challenging customer systems and independently search our database for the best solution.
What you get

What you can do
- You speak and write Dutch flawlessly.

- You are at least 18 years old, because then you are allowed to work during our hours.
- You work at least 2 days between 15:00 and 19:00u.
- You are available every other Saturday or Sunday.
- You follow the full-time onboarding program from Monday through Friday, from 09.00 to 17.30 hours.
- You have no planned holidays scheduled before 2026.
- You can get to Rotterdam Centraal within 90 minutes and work at the office at least 1 times per week. It’s more fun that way.
