As a Customer Service Representative at Coolblue Energie, you call and email customers with questions about their energy contract. You do this partly from home and partly at our office in Rotterdam. What you do
- Help customers by phone and email. You do this so well that it makes them smile.
- Answer questions about the energy contract, energy bill, instalment amounts, consumption and meter readings.
- Develop yourself. Learn everything about the energy market and grow within the entire organization.

What you can do
- Speak and write Dutch well, so that you can help our customers flawlessly.
- Be at least 18 years old, due to the working hours.
- During the training period, attend training sessions at the office according to a fixed full-time schedule. This way, we will prepare you for the job in 2 weeks.
- Be available between 20 and 40 hours per week.
- Work weekends: at least once every two weeks.
- We check all candidates in the FAD register.
