German-speaking Customer Service Representative - 16-32 hours

As a German-speaking Customer Service Employee, you speak with customers in German. You listen carefully, think along with them and resolve questions about orders, delivery or payments. You make sure every customer hangs up with a smile.

What do you do as a German-speaking Customer Service Employee at Coolblue?

• Handle customer conversations in German. Entirely in your own way, without standard scripts.
• Listen carefully, ask the right questions and find the best solution for the customer.
• Hold your own when dealing with difficult customer questions or customer resistance.
• Help customers flexibly from your own workplace. Monday through Saturday between 08:00 and 21:59 hours.

This is you

• Speak and write German fluently. This is tested through a language test and a German-language role-play.
• Writing in English is a requirement.
• Availability on Saturdays and Mondays is a requirement.
• Due to the working hours, you are at least 18 years old on your first working day.
• Be able to get to Rotterdam Centraal within 90 minutes.
• Resilient under stress and able to deal well with resistance in conversations.
