Headhunter - 36-40 hours

As a Headhunter, you work with hiring managers to determine who you’re looking for and how you’re going to find them. Using smart search techniques, you find the perfect candidate within networks and platforms. You move quickly and make sure vacancies are filled with the right people.

What do you do as a Headhunter at Coolblue?

As a Headhunter, you work with hiring managers to determine who you’re looking for and how you’re going to find them. You then search LinkedIn, Slack groups, and niche communities for the best candidates. During intake interviews, you ask sharp questions and have an excellent sense of whether someone is a good fit for Coolblue. You coordinate the entire application process, stay in touch with candidates, and make sure everyone feels seen. In addition to finding and recruiting new colleagues, you also work on process improvements. This way, you make our recruitment a little better every day.

• Conduct intake interviews and advise hiring managers on the right match.
• Support recruitment with vacancies that are difficult to fill.
• Manage and improve the application process.

This is what describes you

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with roles that are difficult to fill.
• Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.
• You speak Dutch, but your English is also very good.
• You quickly learn to work with new tools and techniques.
• You come up with smart techniques to find the right candidates.
• You know how to easily convince and enthuse people.
• You are organized and can manage many ongoing projects at the same time.
• You quickly recognize whether someone is a good fit for our culture.
