What you do
As an HR Advisor, you coach and develop managers in the field of HR. You provide advice, answer questions and point colleagues in the right direction. This often concerns topics such as underperformance, career progression, conducting conversations and absenteeism. In this way, you not only help managers, but also ensure happy Coolblue employees. You ensure that employees enjoy their work and feel good about themselves. For you, the sustainable employability of our employees is the most important thing. As an HR Advisor, you ask critical questions to arrive at the best advice. The art is to maintain a good balance between the interests of the employer and the employee. That just happens to be your specialty. This is what you like to do
- Promoting employees' happiness at work, health and career development.
- Coaching and advising managers on how to handle HR issues.
- Increasing managers' knowledge by providing training on various HR topics.
- Analyzing HR data and extracting insights that advance your areas.
- Ensuring that case files are in order and managers take the right action.
What you can do
- HBO-level work and thinking, preferably with a completed HRM or legal education.
- 2 to 3 years of work experience as an HR Advisor for a similar office-based target group.
- Concrete experience in the HR field.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to employment law and social security law.
- You speak Dutch, but your English is also very good.
- A strong discussion partner who also stands their ground.
- You love opportunities and seize them right away.
