HR Advisor Stores - 36-40 hours

As an HR Advisor for Stores, you are responsible for further developing our Coolblue employees and help managers with all HR-related cases. You enjoy coming up with good solutions yourself, but know when to ask your fellow HR Advisors for help.

What do you do as an HR Advisor for Stores at Coolblue?

You immerse yourself in the operations of Coolblue's most enjoyable domain: Stores. As an HR Advisor for Stores, you are the right hand and partner of the regional manager. You help all Coolblue employees within your region with all kinds of HR matters. Think of career progression, preventing employees from leaving, absenteeism issues, contract extensions and a number of HR projects to make working in a Coolblue store a little more enjoyable every day.

• Provide advice to Store Managers on HR cases at a strategic and practical level.
• Strengthen Store Managers in their leadership skills through a coaching approach.
• Think along and set up new HR initiatives to make our domain a little better every day.
• Be the project starter of pragmatic HR projects to improve operations.
• Support Store Managers in achieving great HR goals through data analysis. This includes absenteeism and attrition figures.

Here's who you are

• You have at least HBO work and thinking level and an HR-related study background.
• You have at least 1 years of similar relevant work experience.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
• You come from (the area around) Utrecht.
• You enjoy coaching, conducting conversations and making HR at Coolblue a little better every day.
• You dive into the metrics on your own initiative and dare to give management advice based on data.
• You are curious, enterprising and ask follow-up questions.
• You make contact with your colleagues super quickly.
