As a Developer Identity & Access, you automate identity and access management with PowerShell, Entra ID, and Adaxes. You ensure that fellow Coolblue employees can log in to internal and external systems securely and easily. You help build self-service, integrations, and a digital work environment that works better every day.
What do you do as an Identity and Access Developer at Coolblue?
As a Developer Identity & Access, you work in two-week sprints with daily stand-ups. Every third week, you are the hero: you monitor Datadog, handle incoming tickets, and restore stalled syncs. Then you connect 300+ SSO apps via SAML, OAuth, and SCIM and work on migrating Active Directory to Entra ID. You manage Google Workspace, Azure servers, Adaxes, and the password manager. With PowerShell and Terraform, you build tooling and work on CI/CD via GitHub and TeamCity. You work with Dev, Security, and support. This way, you make the digital work environment a little better every day.

This sounds like you
- A completed mbo 4 program in ICT management.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Azure Entra ID, user management, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Adaxes, Active Directory, or CI/CD.
