As an account manager, you are the point of contact for our business customers. You ensure maximum customer satisfaction and revenue and continuously look for opportunities to grow our customer base. What do you do as an Inside Sales Account Manager for Coolblue Zakelijk at Coolblue?

As an account manager, you easily identify the wishes and needs of our business customers. You are interested in and have an affinity for the products we sell, and easily acquire product knowledge. You enjoy building, maintaining, and expanding business relationships. During the purchase and delivery process for, for example, 20 to 500 new workstations, you are the advisor. For this, you consult with other departments such as Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Logistics. This ensures that those 20 workstations are delivered without any problems.

• Build, maintain, and expand business relationships.

This is who you are

• Bachelor's degree-level thinking and working ability.
• You speak fluent Dutch.
• At least half a year of experience selling IT or telecom products, preferably in the B2B market.
• Commercially driven when making deals.
• Empathetic towards customers and good at identifying needs.
• Enthusiastic and takes initiative to make things a little better every day.
