Insurance Product Manager - 40 hours

As Product Manager, Insurance, you ensure that our product insurance policies meet customers’ needs, while we also make a little money from them at the same time. You will become the insurance specialist within Coolblue.

What do you do as a Product Manager, Insurance, at Coolblue?

Insurance boring? Not with us. As Product Manager, Insurance, you are the orchestrator of one of our most important commercial pillars. You ensure that our customers can use their brand-new laptop or washing machine with peace of mind. As Product Manager, Insurance, you will become the specialist in product insurance within Coolblue. You are continuously building and optimizing. Which coverage is the best fit for an expensive espresso machine? How do we present it in a visually appealing way in our app? As the central link, you effortlessly switch between our external insurance partner, developers, data analysts, and sales staff in the stores. You don’t just come up with ideas; together with a large team, you make sure they happen. This way, you make our offering a little better every day (and more profitable). You enjoy doing the following:

• Diving into data and determining how to put the very best and most attractive warranty product on the market for each product category.
• Setting up A/B tests together with designers and insurance partners to make the online customer journey even smoother and more convincing.
• Developing pitches, training sessions, and cool promotional materials to help our colleagues in the stores and at customer service sell your product better.
• Working with a diverse range of stakeholders, from external partners and data analysts to the marketing department.
• Rolling out your successful new insurance products in different countries.
• You speak fluent Dutch, but your English is also very good.

This is how you recognize yourself

• At least HBO or WO-level working and thinking capacity.
• At least 1 years of work experience in a relevant role such as Product Manager or Project Manager.
• Exceptionally strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of insurance is not required, but it will earn you bonus points.
