What do you do as an iOS developer at Coolblue?
As an iOS Developer, you build intuitive, fast and reliable user interfaces with Swift (SwiftUI and/or UIKit). You work closely with UX Designers to come up with smart solutions and share them with your team. You actively ask for feedback on your code and skills, so that you continue to grow every day. You contribute to technical decisions about architecture, tools and processes, so that our app not only works well, but is also future-proof. You keep a close eye on the app’s performance and improve it together with your team. In short: you build apps that make both users and colleagues happy. This is what you enjoy doing
- Building fast and user-friendly apps with Swift and SwiftUI.
- Exploring and improving app architecture to keep quality high.
- Reviewing requirements and designs to fine-tune the user experience.
- Discussing technical choices about architecture, tools and processes with your team.
- Working with colleagues from different backgrounds and nationalities.
- Using CI/CD and automated tests to deliver high-quality software.
- Working in a dynamic Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) environment.
This is who you are
- At least 3 years of experience as an iOS Developer.
- A BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a comparable degree.
- Extensive experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
- Familiar with mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM (or comparable).
- Experience with asynchronous programming (Combine and/or Swift Concurrency).
- Familiar with testing and CI/CD tools (such as Swift Testing, XCTest, XCUITest, Bitrise or comparable).
- Working with Scrum and agile methodologies feels very natural to you.
- You speak fluent English.
- You live in the Netherlands.
