As a Junior Business Controller, you dive into figures, brainstorm with colleagues and translate data into insights that really make an impact. You support experienced controllers and discover how smart analyses contribute to better decisions. This way, you learn incredibly fast and help make Coolblue financially a little better every day.

What do you do as a Junior Business Controller at Coolblue?

As a Junior Business Controller, you support experienced Business Controllers. You help analyze figures, prepare business cases and get reports and presentations ready. During meetings, you ask incisive questions and think along about how things can be done more smartly or efficiently. You are not working in the background, but are a valuable addition to the team. This way, you see up close how your work affects Coolblue's financial performance.

• Sink your teeth into analyses and present improvement plans. You know how to explain the story behind the figures in Jip & Janneke language.
• Join in as business cases are prepared and learn how to substantiate them.
• Prepare presentations that surprise your colleagues
• Chat with Coolblue colleagues from many different teams.

This sounds like you

• You have a university (WO) degree in a finance-related field.
• You are eager to learn and have a keen eye.
• You are willing to spend 2 days at the office in Rotterdam and 1 day at our beautiful warehouse in Tilburg
• You speak Dutch well and can also get by just fine in English.
• You enjoy making things better and like to think one step ahead.
