As a Logistics Team Lead, you and your team make sure that every day runs smoothly. You provide clear direction, keep an overview and help delivery heroes get the best out of themselves. You know what is going on, focus on results and are visible on the work floor. At the same time, you keep the team motivated, set clear expectations and give recognition when things go well. You like getting things done and adapt easily to whatever the day requires.
What you do
- You lead your own team of delivery heroes and are their first point of contact.
- You keep track of your team's scores, focus on results and discuss improvements during the daily kick-off.
- You carry out process tasks on the floor and handle administration and analyses when the delivery heroes are on the road.
- You conduct job interviews, manage absenteeism and hold performance and appraisal conversations.
What you get
- A gross full-time monthly salary of at least € 3.500,-, depending on your experience.

What you can do
- You have at least an mbo-4 diploma and at least 4 years of management experience.
- You have experience with HR tasks, such as job interviews, absenteeism, performance and appraisal conversations.
- You coach and inspire delivery heroes through clear communication.
- You enjoy working within CoolblueBezorgt's process times and see weekend and evening shifts as a normal part of the job.
- You speak and understand Dutch well.
