Organization Development Employee - 32-40 hours

As an Organisation Development Employee, you support our HR team with important projects and day-to-day tasks. You help managers and colleagues with their questions and ensure that the organisational structure is properly set up in our HR system. Together with your team, you analyse data and come up with smart solutions for our processes.

What you do

As an Organisation Development Employee, you immediately take on your own tasks within the team. You handle requests concerning the organisational structure in our HR system. You also prepare a presentation each month with relevant HR updates for our employees. In addition, you arrange the appropriate access rights for your colleagues' applications. This makes our colleagues' working day a little better every day. You adapt easily to unexpected tasks and work closely together within your team.

• Answer managers' questions so they can quickly get back to work.
• Process personnel data and structural changes flawlessly in Workday.
• Create a monthly HR presentation to keep all colleagues well informed.
• Take a close look at processes and come up with your own suggestions for improvement.
• Prepare reports and analyses around important organisational issues.
• Take ownership and complete your tasks entirely independently from start to finish.
• Switch quickly when the schedule unexpectedly changes due to an important task.

What you can do

• You have completed an hbo or wo degree in HRM, Psychology or Business Administration.
• You work in a highly structured way, take initiative in your own distinctive way, and find it easy to approach people.
• You dare to make decisions and simply get started, even when not everything is entirely clear yet.
