What you do

As an Organizational Development Officer, you immediately take ownership of your own tasks within the team. You handle requests concerning the organizational structure in our HR system. You also prepare a monthly presentation with relevant HR updates for our employees. In addition, you arrange the correct access rights for your colleagues' applications. This makes our colleagues' workday a little better every day. You adapt easily to unexpected tasks and work closely with your team.

Answer managers' questions so they can quickly get back to their work.
Process employee data and structural changes flawlessly in Workday.
Create a monthly HR presentation to keep all colleagues well informed.
Smartly examine processes and come up with your own improvement proposals.
Prepare reports and analyses on important organizational issues.
Take ownership and complete your tasks entirely independently from start to finish.
Quickly adapt when the schedule unexpectedly changes because of an important task.

What you can do

You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university degree in HRM, Psychology or Business Administration.
