What do you do as Owner Quality Control & Compliance at Coolblue?
You guide the development of new products from the initial concept through to the release of the shipment. In ProductIP, you collect and manage all requirements and documentation for product compliance. You assess inspection reports and certificates and decide for each shipment whether the quality is in order. You coordinate with suppliers and our team in China on what is needed for safe products. By analysing complaints and returns, you adjust orders and specifications. This ensures that customers receive safe and reliable products.
- Monitor product compliance and the quality of our own brands, from idea to product.
- Record and update product requirements and documents in ProductIP.
- Work together with our suppliers and the team in China.
- Coordinate quality inspections with our partners.
This is how you recognise yourself
- A completed hbo degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, for example in quality or product compliance.
- Draw up clear guidelines for your fellow Coolblue colleagues and suppliers based on regulations.
- Structured.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
