- Analyzing performance data and translating it into concrete improvements.
- Using AI to make campaigns smarter and improve performance.
- Building performance campaigns and adjusting them based on KPIs and results.
- Setting up and analyzing experiments and A/B tests, and translating them into actions.
- Sharing insights with your team and stakeholders and keeping actions focused.
This is what describes you
- A completed university master’s degree, for example in Marketing or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in online or performance marketing.
- You have experience with Meta, TikTok, GoogleAds, and DV360.
- Experience working in a data-driven way, testing, and optimizing.
- You are proactive, curious, and spot opportunities for improvement yourself.
- You communicate easily in Dutch and English.
