As a Product Owner, you are responsible for a product that helps users move forward, work with your development team on a clear roadmap, and make decisions based on data together with other teams.

What do you do as a Product Owner at Coolblue?

With your team, you build a well-functioning product for users. For example, for customers, in part of the customer journey, or for fellow Coolblue employees who work with an internal tool. In a Scrum team, you come up with ideas together with Analysts, Developers, Customer Journey Specialists, and other Product Owners to improve your product. You prioritize these ideas and break them down into manageable pieces with your team. You also present your vision and the roadmap for the coming quarters to management. There are multiple Product Owner vacancies open in different domains: (parts of) the customer journey, data products, tools for fellow Coolblue employees, and our infrastructure. Together, we look at which role suits you best.

  • Develop a clear product vision.
  • Set priorities, create a roadmap, and implement it step by step.
  • Understand and explain the value of epics and user stories to your team.
  • Come up with solutions to complex problems.
  • Test assumptions and make decisions based on evidence.
  • Collaborate with different teams to achieve the best results for your domain.

What else you are looking for in a job

  • A starting salary between € 4000 and € 4700 gross, depending on your experience and the recruitment process. We use an entry-level salary scale for candidates who still need to grow into the role, and a subsequent scale for those who already meet most expectations.
  • With more than 30 training courses at our own Studiefabriek, you can improve a little every day, plus a pension plan and where-you-work money.
  • 25 vacation days. If you promise to come back.
  • Discount on everything we sell.
  • An exceptionally good working atmosphere. With colleagues who make you happy, epic parties, pub quizzes and other team activities.
  • Working together in an international environment with colleagues from, among others, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico and Italy.
  • Room for new initiatives and ideas. We are always open to those. Whether you have been working with us for a week, a month or a year.
