Project Manager Real Estate & Infrastructure - 32-40 hours

In this role, you are the driving force behind the physical development and expansion of our bicycle and delivery depots. You combine strategic design with decisiveness: from designing and safeguarding the perfect infrastructure blueprint (think the building, docks, EV charging infrastructure and sustainability) to leading the projects to find new locations.

What you enjoy doing

By involving the right stakeholders at the right time, you ensure that the plans for our depots are financially and operationally sound. You are in the lead from the drawing board through to approval of the plan. As soon as the construction or relocation plan gets the green light, you ensure a smooth handover to the Workspaces Project Manager for the actual implementation. You are constantly looking for innovative solutions to logistical and real estate challenges, and enjoy working on several projects at the same time while continually setting the right priorities.

This is what describes you

• At least a university-level working and thinking level (WO).
• You are available for at least 32 hours, but the preference is 40 hours.
• At least two years of experience with project management and leading facility improvement projects.
• Analytically strong and able to identify bottlenecks.
• Communicatively skilled. You know exactly how to get people on board with changes.
• Independent and proactive. You do not wait around; you take initiative.
