Internal Support and Quality Coordinator – Bilingual Education

What you bring

• You have a pabo diploma supplemented by experience as an internal support coordinator or quality coordinator.
• You place the pupil at the centre through your pedagogical and didactic skills.
• You have a clear understanding of how a school operates and is organised.
• You have an affinity with the English language.
• You can develop plans, provide advice, lead projects, organise and coordinate.

What you can do

• For individual pupils, you investigate learning difficulties, behaviour, work attitude and learning results.
• You develop policy on appropriate education.
• You can analyse school results, make trend analyses and turn these into concrete advice for action in the classroom.
• You provide the management with multi-year policy advice on innovation in education and support.
• Each year, you prepare the school support plan.
• You prepare action plans together with the class teacher.
• You communicate with management, teachers, specialists, parents and children to develop an appropriate approach.
