Internal Support Coordinator / Quality Coordinator (0,4–0,6 FTE)

About the role

De van Oldenbarneveltschool is looking for an Internal Support Coordinator / Quality Coordinator who works alongside teachers as a coach, quality coordinator and connector. You will discuss lessons with colleagues, think about education, coach teachers, analyse educational results and translate data into concrete improvement actions for the classroom. You will support colleagues in providing appropriate education, guide support and care pathways, and work closely with the director-board member and deputy director on the further development of educational quality.

The school is a small primary school in Rotterdam with approximately 240 pupils. Its close involvement has formed the basis of the school for more than 100 years. As an independent school, it sets its own course, with short lines, professional space and room to influence school development. The school is further developing a professional quality culture centred on coaching, collaboration and continuous development.
