What you will do
As an intern within Stedin’s AI Governance team, you investigate fairness, bias and transparency in AI solutions and develop a reusable fairness analysis template that meets the EU AI Act. You collaborate with teams in data science, process automation and generative AI. Your work helps Stedin apply AI fairly, transparently and responsibly.
A typical day
- Start with a stand-up where AI teams share their latest innovations and challenges.
- Study the EU AI Act and investigate how fairness and bias can be measured.
- Discuss an AI model with data scientists and identify fairness risks that require attention.
- Work on your fairness template and translate complex material into practical guidelines.
- Present your insights to the AI Governance team and incorporate feedback into a new iteration.
