MBO/HBO/WO Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Internship – Southwest

Internship
At Dura Vermeer Infra, you work on projects involving roads and bridges, sustainable inner-city solutions and rail projects. Internships are available throughout the year on different projects and at offices in the Netherlands. For MBO, HBO and WO students in civil engineering or a related field, the internship can focus on work preparation, execution, design, estimating, project control or a graduation assignment. You shape the internship together with your supervisor, learn from experienced colleagues and contribute your own ideas.

Location and projects
This internship is with Dura Vermeer Infra Regionale Projecten, Zuid West, with offices in Rotterdam, Alphen aan den Rijn, 's-Gravendeel and Oud Gastel. Based on your home location, you can look for a nearby project together. Projects include Kadevervanging Pletterijkade Den Haag, new sound barriers along the A15 in Ridderkerk and Project Bohemen Midden.

What you bring

• You are following an MBO, HBO or WO programme in Civil Engineering, Middenkaderfunctionaris Grond, Weg & Waterbouw (GWW), Built Environment, Mobility, Geotechnics or a similar field.
• You are looking for an internship of at least 4 days per week.
• You are proactive and willing to ask questions.
• You are flexible, can handle change and work in an organised way.
• You are interested in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

What is offered

• A gross internship allowance of €700 per month based on 40 hours per week.
• Your internship may provide a route to a traineeship or starter job within Dura Vermeer.
