Picnic is looking for part-time or full-time delivery drivers immediately.

What you receive

Your role

  • Start at the hub: load crates into your vehicle and check the route and battery.
  • Deliver 15-18 addresses per 3-hour shift, usually within a 10 km radius.
  • Help customers with questions; you are the face of Picnic in the neighbourhood.
  • Drive back, close the route, return your vehicle and take a well-earned snack.

Your profile

  • Category B driving licence and a minimum age of 18.
  • Positive energy, customer focus and a sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent Dutch is required; hospitality experience is welcome but not required.
  • Available for 16-40 hours per week, including regular evening or weekend shifts.
  • Fit enough to walk a lot and lift boxes.

Working hours – you choose

  • Morning: 07:00-10:30 or 10:00-12:30, depending on the location.
  • Afternoon/evening: 14:00-16 45-19 30-22:30.

Claim your shifts weekly in the app. If you can no longer work a shift, you can swap it with a colleague up to 24 hours in advance. Only 6 fixed availability moments per week are requested; you choose which ones.
