Part-Time Recruiter

VNOM is looking for a Recruiter who can work in the evenings and at weekends as an extension of the organisation. You will gain valuable practical experience in recruitment, develop your commercial and communication skills and take on considerable responsibility. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding the best candidates for VNOM's clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Actively recruiting candidates through Indeed, Nationale Vacaturebank, Werk.nl and other job boards;
• Screening CVs and selecting suitable candidates;
• Conducting telephone intake interviews;
• Writing and publishing vacancies;
• Managing applicants and following up on application procedures;
• Making the right match between candidate and client.

You are communicatively strong, convincing and not afraid to pick up the phone. You gain energy from making new contacts, think in terms of opportunities and can get people moving with your enthusiasm and perseverance. To qualify, you are currently following an hbo or wo programme, are available for at least 16 hours per week, can work at least 2 evenings per week and on Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00, and are interested in recruitment or HR. More availability is always possible. Experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
