Student context in Rotterdam

Rotterdam is a dynamic hub for students from Erasmus University and Hogeschool Rotterdam, offering a perfect blend of academic life and urban energy. This internship at Rocycle places you right in the heart of the action, with studios located in the chic Westplein area (Scheepvaartkwartier) and the bustling city centre. For students living in Kralingen, the commute is a quick bike ride or a short trip on the Oost-West metro line. Working in these neighborhoods means you are never far from popular student hangouts like the Oude Haven or the Witte de Withstraat.

The fitness scene in Rotterdam is thriving, and being part of a high-energy studio allows you to network within the local international community. Whether you are coming from the Woudestein campus or the Museumpark area, the central locations of these studios make it easy to balance your 32-hour work week with social life. You will find yourself managing a diverse team in a city known for its "niet lullen maar poetsen" (less talk, more action) mentality, which is highly valued in the hospitality and operations sector. This role is particularly suitable for those looking for an English-friendly environment in a city that truly embraces international talent.
