What do you do as a Senior Store Manager at Coolblue?
As Store Manager for a store in the Gelderland region, you work together with your Assistant Manager and Shift Leads to ensure a motivated team and a sparkling store. You set short- and long-term goals based on analyses you carry out of your store’s results. This is what you enjoy doing
- Lead your team together with the Assistant Manager.
- Analyze your store’s results and proactively make improvement proposals to the Manager Stores.
- Together with the Trainer, Shift Leads and Assistant Manager, help your colleagues improve a little every day.
- Use your commercial insight and the available data to set both short- and long-term goals.
This is what you bring
- At least HBO level of work and thinking.
- 5+ years of solid managerial experience.
- You have a significant advantage if you have management experience in retail in the area surrounding the store.
- You speak fluent Dutch.
- A strong affinity with consumer electronics.
- Proactive in looking for improvements to store processes.
- You have a strong and motivating personality; you inspire your team to become a little better every day.
- Preferably available immediately.
