What you do
As an Organizational Developer, you are responsible for all structural organizational issues within your department(s), in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. You ensure a future-proof, efficient organization where everything is simply taken care of so Coolblue employees can focus on their work. In this role, your target group is all office colleagues. This includes our customer experience, tech, commercial, marketing and support teams. You improve various strategic HR and organizational development themes, making them better, more enjoyable and more efficient. In doing so, you help build a scalable and stable Coolblue. Together with the rest of the Organization and Employee Development team, you ensure that the employee journey is improved. You tackle structural organizational issues such as career progression paths, succession planning, organizational structures, job profiles, performance assessment methods and an appropriate salary framework.
- Ensuring a well-structured organization, for today and the future.
- Leading projects from A to Z relating to performance assessment, compensation, workforce planning, career paths, and so on. The strategic “hard” HR side.
- You know how to substantiate stories and challenges with HR data.
- For example, you will carry out analyses in areas including employee inflow, progression and outflow.
- Spotting opportunities yourself to improve the employee journey, so that working at Coolblue becomes even more enjoyable.
- Turning complex stakeholder issues into concrete projects and carrying them out yourself.
What you can do
- A completed university degree in a relevant field of study.
- At least 3 years of work experience in organizational issues, for example as a consultant or within a project-based HR department.
- Exceptionally strong analytical skills.
- Communication skills that enable you to convey the story behind the figures to your stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience with project management across a broad stakeholder field.
- You can easily turn complex issues into concrete projects and workable solutions.
- You speak Dutch, but your English is also very nice.
