What do you do as a Support Employee at Coolblue?

As a Support Employee in White Goods Repair, you ensure that our technicians head out fully prepared. You are the essential link between the customer and the technician. You assess incoming requests, schedule repair visits as needed, provide the right parts, and create the routes the technicians will drive. You do all of this for your own region! No knowledge of appliance repair yet? No problem. You’ll be working at Coolblue Witgoed Reparatie. Here, we help customers find the best solution for their faulty machine and prevent it from ending up in the landfill. Through your work, you directly contribute to a more sustainable Netherlands!

Ensure that technicians always start their day prepared.
Assess repair requests, make diagnoses, and schedule appointments.
Create and manage routes for technicians.
Coordinate with customers and technicians; no day is the same.
Gain knowledge about white goods defects and how to solve them.
Identify process improvements to make our service even better.

This is you

At least mbo level 4 in terms of work and thinking level.
Available for 32-40 hours per week, partly in the office and partly from home (the Tilburg office is also an option).
A strong communicator who can switch easily between different departments.
You work in a structured and reliable way, so everything runs smoothly.
A solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to contribute ideas for improvements.
Knowledge of white goods is an advantage.
