As Team Lead C#, you build a strong team of developers and create software together that makes our customers happy. You coach, inspire, and enjoy coding alongside your team. With your keen eye, you improve processes and motivate your team to get a little better every day.

What do you do as Team Lead C# at Coolblue?

As Team Lead C#, you put a smile on our customers’ faces by building smart software that truly works. You are a sounding board, coach, and code reviewer all in one. You take part in refinements, contribute to discussions about architecture, and conduct development conversations. You work closely with other Team Leads and your Development Manager. At the same time, you make sure your team runs smoothly and enjoys its work. That way, you make software development a little better every day.

• Coaching developers in personal growth and technical skills during 1-on-1s.
• Reviewing code and encouraging craftsmanship within the team.
• Working together to build software that truly helps customers, using TDD and design patterns.
• Leading in a positive way and giving new team members a warm welcome.
• Solving problems without endless discussions—just getting on with it.
• Celebrating successes together during a demo presentation or team drinks.

You’ll recognize yourself in this

• More than 6 years of experience with C# and broad knowledge of both back-end and front-end.
• Experience in a leadership role within a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Skilled at giving feedback and coaching colleagues.
• A focus on balancing technical quality and business value.
• Familiar with data stores such as Oracle and AWS in international teams.
