What do you do as a Team Lead Typescript at Coolblue?
As Team Lead Typescript, you lead a multidisciplinary backend team of 3-7 Coolblue employees. You are not only the team leader, but also a hands-on developer who spends 75-80% of the time coding, engaging in technical discussions, making architectural decisions, and doing pair programming. Together with the product owner, customer journey specialist, designer, and analyst, you steer the team in the right direction. You maintain code quality by using best practices and code reviews and continuously look for improvements in collaboration and productivity. You create an open culture in which giving feedback is the norm, so that new team members quickly feel at home. Together, you build software that makes our customers happy.

- Problem-solving skills and familiarity with SOLID, TDD and BDD principles.
- A keen eye for code quality and a natural preference for agile working.
