What you do
As part of the Office Automation team in Rotterdam, you identify opportunities to make work smarter and turn them into solutions that work immediately. You build AI agents, automate repetitive work and connect systems. You work with teams, ask sharp questions and deliver from idea to result. - Carry out automation projects from idea to result.
- Build AI agents that independently analyze, make decisions and complete tasks.
- Translate data from one system into actions in another system.
- Choose between a new integration via APIs or a solution using AI tooling.
- Propose and test new tools when the current approach does not fit.
- Discuss ideas with teams and stakeholders and deliver a working solution.
What you can do
- A completed hbo or wo degree, for example in (data) engineering, computer science, (business) information management or a comparable technical field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in automation, development or data-related work.
- Affinity with AI, LLM tooling and building AI agents.
- Experience with SQL, Python and APIs.
- Assess when AI is suitable and when another solution works better.
- Communicate easily with stakeholders and turn ideas into working solutions.
- Good Dutch and English, spoken and written.
